Brolga dreaming
This is a pastel & charcol drawing of my home land in the Riverina Wiradjuri country.' The three spirits represents' myself & my two daughters, with the Brolgas being the water bird in that area' wetlands'.The white waterholes represents our travel from city to back home. The sunsets back home are pretty amazing and thats why I chose these colours.

Wanita Lowe Contemporary Urban Artist
I’m Wanita Lowe from Leeton NSW ‘Wiradjuri country’ but was actually born in Kempsey NSW a descendant of the Dunggati people.
I’m currently studying Certificate lll in Aboriginal and Torre Strait Islander Cultural Arts at Eora College, hoping to one day teach within my community, once I’ve completed the further study required.
Art has always been a passion of mine since I was a child, a gift passed on from my father Geoffery Thomas Lowe/Ward. The best way to describe my art is Contemporary Urban. I don’t always do traditional art. My first love is feminine art in pencil, paint and sculpture.
I have two beautiful daughters Kakira Ocean & Nioka Rain whom which I love with all my heart.
I now live in the Eastern suburbs & draw a lot of my inspiration from the ocean & surrounding environments.
